On the 24th of January 2017, Tuesday, HR Innovation Practice Observatory hosted the workshop “People Development: tools and approaches for people’s development” aimed at activity of HR Executives.
On the 9th of March 2017 it will host the second encounter “New ways for Talent Acquisition & Retention”. The target of this workshop is to analyze the process of Talent Acquisition, paying particular attention to the role of digital technology in the Employer Branding and Recruiting processes, and the methods of attracting the new digital profiles.
Together sustains the 2016/2017 research carried out by HR Innovation Practice Observatory. It will be participating as a partner, actively contributing to the debate regarding the themes linked to the evolution of the training processes enabled by digital technologies.
The participation in the Workshop is free of charge, but requires an invitation.

On the 18th of May last year, on the occasion of final Congress of HR Innovation Practice Observatory of Milan Polytechnic School of Management the HR Innovation Awards 2016 was given to Eni in the category of Training; the award dedicated to the projects that “distinguished themselves for the ability to use the digital technologies as an incentive between innovation and improvement of HR management and development main processes.”
