This is the back office portal for operational learning management. It is used to design contents, plan editions, keep track of course attendance and manage all the materials supporting the service provided.

Work

Work

This portal enables sector managers and HR Business Partners to take part in decision-making processes and the monitoring of learning activities related to their population or sector, so as to meet local and central requirements at the same time.

Place

Place

This is the Self Service portal for employees and managers. It provides access to all functions, training information and materials for the students (e.g. on-line contents). Place carries the processes for the authorization, tracking and certification of on-the-job training.

Faculty

Faculty

This portal is at the disposal of internal and external instructors for managing communities, so as to enhance the value of internal training through certification pathways. The collaboration and content sharing functions activate virtuous knowledge sharing mechanisms. Rewarding policies, which can be integrated with the total reward system, are adopted for the instructors.

Integra

Integra

A proprietary layer for bidirectional integration with external systems, so as to allow perfect alignment with the company information systems and the data quality present on Together learning management system.

Datawarehouse

Datawarehouse

Used to draw up, publish and distribute reports. The portal can be managed centrally by the training teams to send the reports to the line (top-down mode) or can be “open” to the line users to make them autonomous in extracting and analysing the data. It contains a set of reports ready to use.
