The Employee Engagement stands for growth, prosperity and profit.
It happens so for many reasons, starting with the most obvious: a satisfied employee is productive, he is fully aware of his role within the organization. He provides an active contribution to business development.
The Employee Engagement is an approach that creates optimal conditions for all members of a company to give their best, to be involved, regarding values and business objectives, motivated to contribute to company’s success, proud and loyal to the organization and can be defined as first supporters of business growth. The awareness of the importance of their wellbeing is put at the center.
What is not the Employee Engagement? An approach in which the employee’s satisfaction is perceived as an accessory item, irrelevant to business productivity. Employees not involved can be difficult to spot: not particularly hostile or disturbing, they invest not more than just enough to meet the demands of their role. Without incentives to improve organizational performance, they have no interest in regard to the general objectives and the perception of their role in the overall picture. Under such conditions, their role as influencers and energizers of the company is put at risk. To convert this group of people may be the best long-term strategy grow business and to guarantee business vitality (+ profit + productivity).
